麝香保心丸对冠心病心肌梗死患者血清炎性指标及心功能的影响

Effects of Shexiang Baoxin pill on serum inflammatory indexes and cardiac function in patients with coronary heart disease and myocardial infarction

目的分析麝香保心丸治疗冠心病心肌梗死的有效性及对患者血清炎性指标和心功能的影响。方法将本院2017年7月至2018年8月收治的300例冠心病心肌梗死患者按电脑随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,各150例。对照组施予常规治疗,试验组在此基础上施予麝香保心丸治疗。对比两组患者治疗前、后的血清指标及心功能。结果治疗后,两组IL-1β、IL-6及IL-10水平均降低,且试验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的CO、LVEF及CI均升高,且试验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用麝香保心丸治疗冠心病心肌梗死患者,可显著降低患者的炎症程度,改善其心功能,值得临床应用。

Objective To analyze the effects of Shexiang Baoxin pill on serum inflammatory indexes and cardiac function in patients with coronary heart disease and myocardial infarction. Methods Three hundreds patients with coronary heart disease and myocardial infarction admitted in our hospital from July 2017 to August 2018 were divided into control group and experimental group according to computer random number table method, with 150 cases in each group. The control group was given routine treatment, and the experimental group was given Shexiang Baoxin pill on this basis. The serum indexes and cardiac function of the two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the levels of IL-1茁, IL-6 and IL-10 in the two groups decreased, and those in the experimental group were lower than the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the CO, LVEF and CI increased in both groups, and those in the experimental group were higher than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of Shexiang Baoxin pill in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease and myocardial infarction can significantly reduce the degree of inflammation and improve patients' cardiac function, which is worthy of clinical application.
