基于人文关怀的温馨照护理念在晚期肾细胞癌患者姑息性护理中的应用

Application of warm nursing concept based on humanistic care in palliative nursing for patients with advanced renal cell carcinoma

目的分析基于人文关怀的温馨照护理念在晚期肾细胞癌患者姑息性护理中的应用价值。方法将我院收治的96例晚期肾细胞癌患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各48例。对照组实施姑息性护理,观察组在对照组的基础上应用基于人文关怀的温馨照护理念。比较两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组重度疼痛率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组患者的BAI、BDI、症状部分评分均降低,且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者的功能部分、整体生活质量评分均升高,且观察组均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于人文关怀的温馨照护理念应用于晚期肾细胞癌患者姑息性护理中能够有效缓解其癌痛,改善心理状态及生存质量。

Objective To analyze the application value of warm nursing concept based on humanistic care in palliative nursing for patients with advanced renal cell carcinoma. Methods A total of 96 patients with advanced renal cell carcinoma admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 48 cases in each group. The control group was given palliative nursing, while the observation group was given warm nursing concept based on humanistic care on the basis of the control group. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The severe pain rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). After nursing, the scores of BAI, BDI and symptoms of the two groups decreased, and those in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05);the scores of function and overall quality of life in the two groups increased, and those in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The warm nursing concept based on humanistic care applied in palliative nursing for patients with advanced renal cell carcinoma can effectively relieve cancer pain, improve psychological state and quality of life of patients.
