无缝隙护理管理在急诊-ICU患者转运交接中的应用效果

Application effect of seamless nursing management in patient transfer between emergency department and ICU

目的探讨无缝隙护理管理在急诊-ICU患者转运交接中的应用效果。方法选取在我院急诊科确诊并接受治疗的300例急危重症患者为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组(150例,无缝隙护理管理)与对照组(150例,常规护理)。比较两组的护理管理效果。结果护理管理后,两组患者及家属的SAS评分均明显降低,且观察组的SAS评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组科室间询问次数>2次、责任推诿次数≥1次以及危急值漏交次数≥1次的患者例数均明显少于对照组,转运时间及交接时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组急诊科与ICU护理人员护理满意度互评为94.74%,明显高于对照组的78.95%(P<0.05)。结论无缝隙护理管理可改善患者及其家属的焦虑情况,有效解决转运交接过程中存在的问题,缩短转运交接时间,提高转运交接科室护理人员满意度,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To investigate the application effect of seamless nursing management in patient transfer between emergency department and ICU. Methods A total of 300 acutely and critically ill patients diagnosed and treated in emergency department of our hospital were selected as research objects and randomly divided into observation group (150 cases, seamless nursing management) and control group (150 cases, routine nursing). The nursing management effects of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing management, the SAS scores of patients and their families in both groups decreased significantly, and those of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group (P约0.05). The times of interdepartmental inquiries>2, times of responsibility shifting逸1 and times of missed delivery of critical value逸1 in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group, and the transportation time and the handover time were shorter than those in the control group (P约0.05). The nursing satisfaction of nurses in emergency department and ICU in the observation group was 94.74%, which was significantly higher than 78.95% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The seamless nursing magagement can improve the anxiety of patients and their families, effectively solve the problems in transportation and handover, shorten the transfer time, and improve the satisfaction of nursing staff in the transfer department, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
