玻璃纤维桩黏结桥在固定义齿修复中的应用

摘要 目的探讨玻璃纤维桩黏结桥在固定义齿修复中的应用价值。方法选择82例牙列缺损患者作为研究对象,应用双色球法随机分为对照组和观察组,各41例。对照组给予传统固定义齿修复治疗,观察组给予玻璃纤维桩黏结桥修复治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效,评价治疗后患者的咀嚼功能、义齿固位功能、美观、舒适度和语言功能,并分析治疗后义齿的菌斑指数(PLI)、探诊深度(PD)和出血指数(BI)。结果观察组患者临床疗效优于对照组,且观察组患者治疗的总有效率为97.56%,高于对照组的78.05%(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的咀嚼功能、义齿固位功能、美观、舒适度和语言功能评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05),PLI、PD、BI明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在固定义齿修复中应用玻璃纤维桩黏结桥治疗牙列缺损患者的效果显著,可明显改善患者的咀嚼、语言和义齿固位功能,提高美观度和舒适度,值得在临床推广应用。 Objective To explore the application value of fiberglass post bonding bridge in fixed denture restoration.Method Eighty-two patients with dentition defect were enrolled as objects and randomly divided into control group and experimental group by the double chromosphere method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional fixed dentures restoration,and the experimental group was treated with fiberglass post bond bridge.The clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.After the treatment,the masticatory function,denture retention function,aesthetics,comfort and language function were evaluated,and the plaque index(PLI),probing depth(PD)and bleeding index(BI)of the dentures were analyzed.Results The clinical efficacy of the experimental group was better than the control group,and the total effective rate in the experimental group(97.56%)was significantly higher than 78.05%in the control group(P<0.05).Compared to the control group,the experimental group had a higher masticatory function,denture retention function,aesthetics,comfort and language function score,and lower PLI,PD and BI(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of fiberglass post bond bridge in fixed denture restoration has a remarkable effect on patients with dentition defect.It can obviously improve the mastication,language and retention function of denture,and improve the aesthetics and comfort.It is worthy of clinical application.
