不同开食时间对黄羽肉鸡生长性能的影响

摘要 为研究不同开食时间对黄羽肉鸡生长性能的影响,试验选取3 600只刚出雏的健康温氏天露黑商品代肉仔鸡,随机分为6个处理,每个处理3个重复,分别记录出栏体重、成活率、料肉比和生长中的内脏器官发育情况和周增重。结果显示,24 h内开食对出栏体重无明显影响,24 h后开食对肉鸡出栏体重影响显著(P<0.05);48 h内开食对肉鸡出栏的料肉比无明显影响,但72 h开食的鸡群料肉比极显著增加(P<0.01);不同时间开食对肉鸡出栏成活率无明显影响(P>0.05);开食时间对出栏前肉鸡各内脏器官和雏鸡1周龄肝脏、心脏等无显著影响(P>0.05),而72 h开食时间鸡群1周末胃肠发育极显著降低(P<0.01),法氏囊显著减小(P<0.05)。试验表明,开食时间对黄羽肉鸡的生长性能和经济效益的影响较大,黄羽肉鸡最佳的开食时间是24 h内,因长途运输等原因无法尽早开食的鸡苗,开食时间应控制为48 h内。
