摘要
选取P2O5-B2O3-SrO-ZnO无铅封接玻璃系统为研究对象,通过添加少量Bi2O3、GeO2等改善体系的化学稳定性及软化温度,研究用部分V2O5取代P2O5对玻璃性能的影响。
P2O5-B2O3-SrO-ZnO system, which is suitable for lead-free sealing glass, was selected as the research object. The chemical stability and softening temperature of the system were improved by adding a small amount of Bi2O3, GeO2, etc. The effect of partially replacement of P2O5 by V2O5 on the glass properties was studied.
