摘要
手机的保护屏玻璃在丝印油墨后,不可避免会有一部分不良品产生。为了节约生产成本,可以将玻璃上的油墨去除后重复利用该玻璃。脱墨技术在很多领域中都有广泛的应用,其技术条件都已比较成熟,但在手机玻璃的脱墨应用中研究还不成熟,存在对玻璃腐蚀严重,容易造成划痕的问题。本文通过研究了脱墨剂中不同碱、不同溶剂、不同润湿剂以及脱墨温度对手机玻璃脱墨效果的影响。通过实验发现,当脱墨剂配比为3%的氢氧化钠、15%的苯甲醇、2%的乙二醇乙醚、80%的水,脱墨温度为85℃时效果最佳,脱墨效率高,不易有划痕。
The effects of alkalis, solvents, wetting agents in ink eliminator on the removal of ink from mobile phone glass were investigated. The experimental results showed that when the sodium ink eliminator contained 3% sodium hydroxide, 15% benzyl alcohol, 2% ethylene glycol ether and 80% water at 85 ℃, the ink removal efficiency was the best.
