摘要
叙述了折叠式手机对盖板和基片性能要求,并介绍用作盖板和基片材料的柔性玻璃和聚酰亚胺性能的比较。从透明性、平整度和耐热性来看,柔性玻璃的性能优于聚酰亚胺,但聚酰亚胺的柔韧性和可折叠性要比柔性玻璃为好。此外,本文还指出柔性玻璃存在问题和今后改进方向。
This paper describes the performance requirements of cover and substrate for foldable mobile phones and introduces the performance comparison of flexible glass with polyimide used for cover and substrate materials. From the perspective of transparency, flatness and heat resistance, the performance of flexible glass is better than that of polyimide, but the flexibility and foldability of polyimide are better than that of flexible glass. In addition, the existing problems of flexible glass and the direction of further improvements are pointed out.
