玻璃行业烟气综合治理技术的现状和发展探析 被引量:4

摘要 熔制玻璃过程中主要的燃料是石油焦粉、重油和天然气等,燃烧之后产生的烟气对空气的污染程度很大,主要污染物为硫氧化物、氮氧化物等,也是污染空气最主要的成分,长期的污染不仅破坏了生态环境,而且极大地威胁着人们的生命健康安全。所以,在玻璃生产制造的流程中应该加强对污染物的除尘和治理,充分对烟气中的硫化物进行净化,使排出的烟气达到相关排放标准,实现玻璃的清洁生产。文章从玻璃窑炉烟气的特征着手,对玻璃行业烟气综合治理技术的现状和发展进行了分析与探析。 The main fuels used for glass melting are petroleum coke powder, heavy oil and natural gas, etc. The air is highly polluted by flue gas generated after combustion. The main pollutants are sulfur oxides, nitrogen oxides, etc. The long-term pollution not only destroys the ecological environment, but also greatly threatens to people's health and safety. Therefore, in glass melting process, the dust removal and treatment of pollutants from flue gas should be improved, and the sulfur compounds in the flue gas should be eliminated adequately to meet the relevant emission standards and achieve clean process of glass melting. Aiming at the characteristics of flue gas from glass furnace, this paper discussed and analyzed the current situation and further development of comprehensive treatment technology of flue gas in glass industry.
