摘要
近年来,我国的经济水平不断提高,我国的基础设施建设也在飞速的发展,当前的建筑工程数量和规模也在不断扩大。在工程建设过程中,劳务实名制管理对于项目的管理工作至关重要。在过去的项目管理过程中,因对劳务管理工作不重视,劳务管理体系不健全而导致的恶意讨薪的劳务纠纷屡见不鲜,给企业的形象、经济都带来了巨大的损失,有效的劳务实名制管理能消除潜在的劳务纠纷隐患。从项目层面来详细阐述施工现场针对劳务务工人员劳务实名制管理的可行性与必要性,以及如何运用互联网技术与劳务实名制管理进行有机结合,并最终达到劳务实名制管理的最终目的。
In recent years,China's economic level has been continuously improved,and China's infrastructure construction is also developing at a rapid pace.The current number and scale of construction projects are also expanding.In the process of project construction,the management of real-name labor management is crucial to the management of the project.In the past project management process,due to the lack of attention to labor management,the labor management system is not perfect,and the labor disputes caused by malicious wages are not uncommon,which brings huge losses to the image and economy of the enterprise,and the effective labor real-name management can eliminate potential labor disputes.From the project level,it elaborates the feasibility and necessity of the real-name management of labor services for laborers at the construction site,and how to use the Internet technology and the real-name management of labor to integrate organically,and finally achieve the ultimate goal of real-name management of labor services.
