低碳约束下中国物流业效率及影响因素研究

Research on the Efficiency and Influencing Factors of China’s Logistics Industry under Low Carbon Constraints

物流业是国民经济的基础性产业,物流业效率的提升对区域经济发展具有重要意义。基于2003-2016年中国30个省市物流业数据,文章运用SBM-Undesirable模型对低碳约束下的中国物流业效率进行了测算,并利用面板Tobit模型实证分析了其影响因素。结果显示:①中国物流业效率总体处于中等偏上水平,地区差异明显;②经济实力、产业集聚和产业结构能够正向促进物流业效率,而环境规制明显抑制效率的提升,外商投资对其作用不显著。最后,提出针对性的政策建议。

Logistics industry is the basic industry of the national economy.The improvement of the efficiency of logistics industry is of great significance to regional economic development.Based on the data of logistics industry in 30 provinces and cities in China from 2003 to 2016,this paper uses SBM-Undesirable model to measure the efficiency of logistics industry in China under low-carbon constraints,and uses panel Tobit model to empirically analyze the influencing factors.The results show that:①the efficiency of China's logistics industry is generally on the upper middle level,with obvious regional differences;②economic strength,industrial agglomeration and industrial structure can positively promote the efficiency of logistics industry,while environmental regulation can significantly inhibit the improvement of efficiency,and foreign investment has no significant effect on it.Finally,the paper puts forward targeted policy recommendations.
