China is a big agricultural country and a big country in the use of pesticides.In recent years,due to the exposure of a series of food problems such as Sanlu milk and Shuanghui ham,food safety has once again become the focus of everyone's attention.As the first level of food safety,pesticide testing has attracted more and more attention.This paper introduces the new technology of pesticide analysis and detection,which is of great significance for the analysis and detection of a wide range of pesticides in China.
