科研人员创业影响因素分析及对策建议

Analysis of Factors Affecting Scientific Researchers’ Entrepreneurship and Suggestions

自“双创”政策实施以来,为科研人员重新创造了友好的创业的环境。面对当前科研人员创业的比例仍然不高、创业成功率比较低的客观现实,本文总结了影响科研人员创业的主要因素:外部因素包括经济与社会环境因素、政策环境因素、金融环境因素;内部因素包括科研人员本身的技术基础、科研创业者的创业认识、科研人员的学者特征。针对影响因素的特点,分别提出了外部引导与内部提升的对策建议。

Since the implementation of the"innovation and entrepreneurship"policy,it has re-created a friendly entrepreneurial environment for researchers.Faced with the objective reality of low entrepreneurship proportion of scientific research personnel and low success rate of entrepreneurship,this paper summarizes the main factors affecting scientific research personnel entrepreneurship:external factors include economic and social environmental factors,policy environmental factors,financial environmental factors;internal factors include the technical basis of the scientific research personnel,the entrepreneurial understanding of the scientific research entrepreneurs,and the scholarly characteristics of the scientific research personnel.According to the characteristics of the influencing factors,the countermeasures and suggestions for external guidance and internal promotion were proposed.
