大数据与江苏制造业深度融合机制研究

Study on the Deep Integration Mechanism between Big Data and Jiangsu Manufacturing Industry

大数据与江苏制造业深度融合发展对于引领制造业向中高端迈进重要重要现实意义。本文在对国内外大数据与制造业融合应用以及大数据与江苏制造业深度融合的典型案例分析基础上,分析了大数据与江苏制造业深度融合方面存在的问题,主要包括政策支持力度不够、企业对数字化的认识不到位、数字化基础较差、信息孤岛现象较为严重。为此,亟待强化政策扶持力度、加大企业对数字化的重视程度、分类推进企业"上云"以及构建合理的人才制度体系。

The deep integration of big data and the Jiangsu manufacturing industry is of great practical significance in leading the manufacturing industry to the middle and high-end.This paper is based on the integration application of big data and manufacturing industry at home and abroad,and the typical case analysis of the deep integration of big data and jiangsu manufacturing industry.Then,the paper analyses the problems in the deep integration of big data and jiangsu manufacturing industry,including insufficient policy support,lack of understanding on digitization in enterprise,poor digital infrastructure,and the serious phenomenon of information island.Therefore,we urgently need to intensify policy support,attach more importance to digitization in enterprise,classifily prote enterprise"going to the cloud",and build a reasonable talent system.
