摘要
土壤中六价铬危害较大,会对人造成生理毒性和免疫毒性,合适的消解办法和检测方法能够正确识别出土壤中六价铬含量,对于识别污染和后期土壤修复提供参考具有重要意义,本文以土壤环境和六价铬络合情况,采用在碱性条件下对土壤进行合理的消解,使用Na2CO3/NaOH溶液作为消解液,采用分光光度计作为检测方法,结果表明使用该方法检出限地,重复性好,该方法具有较强的可操作性和精确度,可以在实际测定的过程中使用。
The hexavalent chromium in soil is harmful,causing physiological toxicity and immunotoxicity to humans.Suitable digestion methods and detection methods can correctly identify the hexavalent chromium content in soil,which is important for identifying pollution and providing soil remediation in the later stage.In this paper,the soil environment and hexavalent chromium complexation were used to rationally digest the soil under alkaline conditions.Na2CO3/NaOH solution was used as the digestion solution,and the spectrophotometer was used as the detection method.The results showed that the method has good repeatability,strong operability and precision,and can be used in the actual measurement process.
