研究生的科研能力直接影响一个国家的综合实力和科技竞争力。研究生科研能力培养的国内研究主要集中在科研能力构成要素研究、科研能力影响因素研究、科研能力现状研究和科研能力培养方法研究几个方面。研究生科研能力的国外研究主要集中在能力构成研究,以及研究生科研能力培养研究方面。经过综合分析,提出培养研究生科研能力需要加强导师指导,增加学术训练,促进学风教育等培养策略。

The scientific research ability of graduate students directly affects a country’s comprehensive strength and technological competitiveness. The domestic research on the cultivation of postgraduates’ scientific research ability mainly focuses on the research of the components of scientific research ability, the research on the influencing factors of scientific research ability, the research on the status of scientific research ability and the research on the cultivation method of scientific research ability. Foreign research on postgraduate research ability mainly focuses on the study of competence composition and the research on the cultivation of graduate research ability. Through comprehensive analysis, the article proposes that training postgraduates’ scientific research ability needs to strengthen the guidance of instructors, increase academic training, and promote the training of academic style education.
