摘要
通过实证研究,探讨小组合作学习对英语专业生英语演讲焦虑和演讲能力的影响。定量和定性研究分析的结果表明:小组合作学习有效地降低了课堂英语演讲焦虑,提高了学生的英语演讲水平;小组合作学习通过情感因素、平等协商和提供更多语言输出实践机会降低了学生的演讲焦虑,促进了学生英语演讲能力的提升。
Through empirical study, this paper investigates the effectiveness of group cooperative learning in reducing English majors’ public speaking anxiety and the development of their competence in English speech. The study findings based on quantitative and qualitative analysis show that the group cooperative learning significantly reduces the EPS anxiety and enhance their EPS performance. The findings also indicates through affective factors, fair negotiation and abundant comprehensible output opportunities for students, group cooperative learning have a positive effect on reducing EPS anxiety and improving their EPS performance.
