胸腔内注射不同药物治疗肺癌胸腔积液的疗效

Efficacy of intrapleural injection of different drugs in the treatment of pleural effusion of lung cancer

目的研究分析对肺癌胸腔积液采用不同药物胸腔内注射治疗的疗效。方法选取2016年9月至2018年5月于本院接诊的肺癌胸腔积液患者92例,随机分为两组,每组各46例。对照组给予顺铂注射治疗,观察组给予顺铂与金葡素联合注射治疗。对比两组治疗的疗效及不良反应的发生状况。结果观察组中治疗的总有效率为78.26%,而对照组总有效率仅有41.31%,明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的不良反应发生率为17.39%,对照组不良反应发生率为34.78%,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论顺铂与金葡素联合对治疗肺癌胸腔积液疗效显著,且不良反应率低,值得推广。

Objective To study and analyze the curative effect of intrapleural injection of different drugs in the treatment of lung cancer pleural effusion. Methods 92 patients with pleural effusion of lung cancer received in our hospital from September 2016 to May 2018 were randomly divided into two groups, 46 cases in each group. The control group was treated with cisplatin injection, and the observation group was treated with combined injection of cisplatin and staphylococcus aureus. The curative effect and adverse reaction were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 78.26%, while the total effective rate in the control group was 41.31%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 17.39% and that in the control group was 34.78%. It was lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of cisplatin and staphylococcus aureus is effective in the treatment of lung cancer pleural effusion.
