雌二醇/雌二醇地屈孕酮片与戊酸雌二醇在重度宫腔粘连分离术后内膜恢复及不良反应的影响分析

Effect of estradiol/estradiol dydrogesterone tablets and estradiol valerate on endometrial recovery and adverse reactions after severe intrauterine adhesions

目的分析雌二醇/雌二醇地屈孕酮片(芬吗通)与戊酸雌二醇(补佳乐)在重度宫腔粘连分离术后内膜恢复及不良反应的影响。方法选择2017年5月至2018年5月于本院接受重度宫腔粘连分离手术的患者72例,采用抽签法将其分为实验组与参照组,每组36例。其中参照组采用补佳乐进行治疗,实验组使用芬吗通治疗,对比两组患者治疗后子宫内膜及月经相关指标、子宫内膜恢复效果及药物不良反应情况。结果实验组月经量及子宫内膜厚度均大于参照组,与参照组相比,实验组月经时长较长,实验组重度宫腔粘连分离治疗后子宫内膜恢复总有效率(94.44%)明显高于参照组(72.22%),两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组消化系统异常、乳房胀痛、盆腔疼痛等药物不良反应发生率(5.56%)低于参照组(11.11%),但组间差异无统计学意义。结论与补佳乐相比,芬吗通能够有效改善患者重度宫腔粘连分离术后内膜恢复状态,其临床效果较好,应予以临床推广。

Objective To analyze the effects of estradiol/estradiol dydrogesterone tablets(Fentonone) and estradiol valerate(bujiale) on intimal recovery and adverse reactions after severe intrauterine adhesions. Methods Seventy-two patients with severe intrauterine adhesions were enrolled in our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018. They were divided into experimental group and reference group by drawing method, 36 cases in each group. The reference group was treated with Bujiale, and the experimental group was treated with Fentontong. The endometrial and menstrual related indexes, endometrial recovery and adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The menstrual volume and endometrial thickness of the experimental group were larger than that of the reference group. Compared with the reference group, the experimental group had a longer menstrual period. The total effective rate of endometrial recovery(94.44%) was significantly higher in the experimental group after severe intrauterine adhesions. In the reference group(72.22%), the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse drug reactions(5.56%) in the experimental group, such as digestive system abnormalities, breast tenderness, and pelvic pain, was lower than that of the reference group(11.11%), but the difference between the groups was not statistically significant. Conclusion Compared with Bujiale, Fentonone can effectively improve the recovery of endometrium after severe intrauterine adhesions. The clinical effect is better and should be promoted clinically.
