腹膜外腹腔镜疝气修补术与传统疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝的治疗效果分析

Analysis of therapeutic effect of extraperitoneal laparoscopic hernia repair and traditional hernia repair for inguinal hernia

目的探讨对腹股沟疝患者分别采取腹膜外腹腔镜疝气修补术以及传统疝修补术治疗后获得的临床效果。方法选择本院2016年9月至2018年7月收治的62例腹股沟疝患者作为实验对象;随机数表法分组后明确各组手术方式;对照组(31例):选择传统疝修补术完成治疗;观察组(31例):选择腹膜外腹腔镜疝气修补术完成治疗;对比手术治疗效果。结果同对照组腹股沟疝患者VAS评分、手术时间、术中失血量、住院时间、离床活动时间以及手术副反应发生率比较,观察组均获显著性改善(P<0.05)。结论腹股沟疝患者在接受治疗期间,腹膜外腹腔镜疝气修补术的有效应用,对于疼痛情况改善、手术时间、住院时间以及离床活动时间缩短、术中失血量降低以及手术副反应发生率降低,效果明显。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of extraperitoneal laparoscopic hernia repair and traditional hernia repair in patients with inguinal hernia. Methods 62 patients with inguinal hernia admitted to our hospital from September 2016 to July 2018 were selected as experimental subjects. The randomized number table method was used to determine the surgical methods of each group. The control group(31 cases): the traditional hernia repair was completed treatment;The observation group(31 cases): the choice of peritoneal laparoscopic hernia repair to complete the treatment;compare the effect of surgical treatment. Results Compared with the control group, the VAS score, operation time, intraoperative blood loss,length of hospital stay, time of bed-out activity, and incidence of surgical side-effects were significantly improved in the observation group(P<0.05). Conclusion The effective use of extraperitoneal laparoscopic hernia repair during inguinal hernia repair, pain reduction, operative time, length of hospital stay, and time to bed, reduced intraoperative blood loss, and reduced incidence of surgical side effects The effect is obvious.
