富马酸喹硫平片治疗老年器质性精神障碍患者的临床疗效及其安全性评价

Clinical efficacy and safety evaluation of quetiapine in the treatment of elderly patients with organic mental disorders

目的探讨对老年器质性精神障碍患者选择富马酸喹硫平片药物治疗后获得的临床疗效以及安全性。方法选择本院2016年7月至2018年7月收治的92例老年器质性精神障碍患者作为实验对象;随机数表法分组后明确两组治疗药物;对照组(46例):选择奥氮平药物展开治疗;观察组(46例):选择富马酸喹硫平片药物展开治疗;对比用药效果与安全性。结果同对照组老年器质性精神障碍患者用药总有效率(95.65%)对比,观察组(97.73%)差异无统计学意义;用药前以及用药后1周,对比ADL评分发现,差异无统计学意义;用药4周以及用药8周后,同对照组老年器质性精神障碍患者ADL评分对比,观察组表现出显著降低(P<0.05);同对照组老年器质性精神障碍患者用药不良反应出现概率(50.00%)对比,观察组(13.04%)表现出显著降低(P<0.05)。结论老年器质性精神障碍患者在接受治疗期间,富马酸喹硫平片药物的应用,对于患者日常生活能力以及用药安全性的提升,效果显著。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of quetiapine in patients with organic dysfunction. Methods A total of 92 elderly patients with organic mental disorders admitted to our hospital from July 2016 to July 2018 were enrolled. The randomized number table method was used to identify the two groups of treatment drugs. The control group(46 cases): Nitrogen drug treatment;observation group(46 cases): quetiapine drugs were selected for treatment;comparison of drug efficacy and safety. Results Compared with the control group, the total effective rate(95.65%) of the elderly patients with organic mental disorders was not significantly difference compared the observation group(97.73%);before and after the treatment 1 w, the ADL scores was not significantly difference. After treatment with 4 w and 8 w, the ADL scores of the elderly patients with organic mental disorders were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). The same group of elderly patients with organic mental disorders, the probability of occurrence of side effects in patients(50.00%) was compared, and the observation group(13.04%) showed a significant decrease(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of quetiapine drugs in elderly patients with organic mental disorders during the treatment period has a significant effect on the patient’s daily living ability and the safety of medication.
