双歧杆菌三联活菌肠溶胶囊治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床效果

Clinical effect of Bifidobacterium Triple living bacteria Enteric capsule in treating Ulcerative Colitis

目的探析双歧杆菌三联活菌肠溶胶囊治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床效果。方法选取2017年5月至2018年4月本院接诊的80例溃疡性结肠炎患者,采用抽签法随机将其分为两组,各40例。两组患者均行常规内科治疗,研究组在此基础上加用双歧杆菌三联活菌肠溶胶囊治疗,比较疗效及安全性。结果研究组病症好转率高于对照组,临床症状(呕吐、腹痛、血性腹泻、里急后重)改善时间均早于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);用药期间不良反应发生率低于对照组,随访半年复发率低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义。结论双歧杆菌三联活菌肠溶胶囊治疗溃疡性结肠炎效果佳、安全性高、起效快且复发率低,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of bifidobacterium triple living bacteria enteric-coated capsule in the treatment of ulcerative colitis. Methods From May 2017 to April 2018, 80 patients with ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into two groups(40 cases in each group).The patients in both groups were treated with routine medical treatment, and the study group was treated with bifidobacterium triple living bacteria enteric-coated capsule on the basis of which, the curative effect and safety were compared. Results The improvement rate of symptoms in the study group was higher than that in the control group, and the improvement time of clinical symptoms(vomiting, abdominal pain, hemorrhagic diarrhea,and severe acute diarrhea) was earlier than that in the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group, and the recurrence rate was lower than that of the control group during half a year follow-up. Conclusion Bifidobacterium triple living bacteria enteric-coated capsule is effective and safe in the treatment of ulcerative colitis, which is worth popularizing and applying.
