摘要
目的分析血清hs-CRP、BNP在肺源性心脏病并心力衰竭患者中的临床价值。方法选取本院2016年1月至2018年1月所接收的124例肺源性心脏病并心力衰竭患者作为观察组,根据心功能的不同程度,分为研Ⅰ、研Ⅱ、研Ⅲ、研Ⅳ共4个亚组,选取同期体检健康人员35例作为对照组,对比分析观察组4组人员的血清hs-CRP、BNP与对照组的数据结果。结果观察组患者的血清hs-CRP、BNP、MPAP(肺动脉平均压)、RV(残气量)、EF(射血分数)、右肺径等指标状况,与对照组相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组4个亚组随着心功能程度的不断加重,hs-CRP、BNP、MPAP、RVID、右肺径呈逐渐升高趋势,EF随心功能加重逐渐下降,数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清hsCRP、BNP的升高水平与患者心力衰竭的严重程度具有直接关系,通过结合患者临床表现可有效诊断肺源性心脏病并心力衰竭,值得临床推广借鉴。
Objective To analyze the clinical value of serum hs-CRP and BNP in patients with pulmonary heart disease and heart failure.Methods A total of 124 patients with pulmonary heart disease and heart failure received from January 2016 to January 2018 were enrolled in the study. According to the degree of cardiac function, they were divided into research I, research II, research III, and research IV. There were 4 subgroups in IV, and 35 healthy people in the same period were selected as the control group. The data of serum hs-CRP, BNP and control group of the 4 groups were compared. Results The serum hs-CRP, BNP, MPAP(pulmonary mean pressure), RV(residual gas volume), EF(ejection fraction),right lung diameter and other indicators in the observation group were statistically significant compared with the control group(P<0.05);with the increasing degree of cardiac function, the hs-CRP, BNP, MPAP, RVID, and right lung diameter of the observation group gradually increased, and the EF gradually decreased with the increase of cardiac function. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The elevated levels of serum hs-CRP and BNP are directly related to the severity of heart failure. The clinical manifestations of patients can effectively diagnose pulmonary heart disease and heart failure, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
