石油液体优化取样法在入库油品计量验收的应用

Application of Optimized Sampling Method for Petroleum Liquids in the Measurement and Acceptance of Incoming Oil

为避免石化行业入库油品计量验收工作中因油品采样无代表性而造成的计量结果失真,分别以GB/T4756-2015规定的取样法及基于标准体积比例的优化取样法采得油品样品为计量依据,研究了两种采用方法所得油品标准密度与理论标准密度的差异,分析了计量验收的损溢情况。结果表明,优化取样法所取样品更具有代表性,计量结果误差更小;优化取样法对石化行业入库油品计量验收工作具有推广使用价值。

In order to avoid the distortion of measurement results caused by unrepresentativeness of oil sampling in the measurement and acceptance of petrochemical industry.Based on the sampling method stipulated in GB/T 4756-2015 and the optimized sampling method of standard volume ratio,the differences between the standard density and the theoretical standard density of oil products were studied and the loss of measurement and acceptance was analyzed.The results show that the optimized sampling method is more representative and less error in measurement results.It has important reference value for the measurement and acceptance of petrochemical industry.
