一种机器人自锁气爪的开发设计

摘要 根据后桥的结构与特点,开发了一种机器人自锁气爪,介绍了该设计的原理及动作过程。该设计在后桥焊接生产线上应用,取得很好的效果,不仅优化了焊接生产线的焊接工艺,还提升了焊接工艺的自动化水平,减轻了工人劳动强度,实现人机隔离,提高了劳动生产效率和产品质量。 According to the structure and characteristics of the rear axle,a kind of robot self-locking air claw is developed,and the principle and action process of the design are introduced.The design has been applied in the rear axle welding production line and achieved good results.It not only optimizes the welding process of the welding production line,but also improves the automation level of the welding process,reduces the labor intensity of workers,realizes man-machine isolation,and improves the labor efficiency and product quality.
