基于模糊自适应PID的装载机工作装置仿真分析

摘要 装载机是施工项目中最重要的工程机械之一。为了提高装载机工作装置的自动化程度,需要对装载机的工作装置进行了仿真分析。据装载机工作装置的机构特点,采用电液比例系统实现对装载机工作装置的传动,并对装载机工作装置的电液比例控制系统进行建模。采用普通PID和模糊自适应PID对电液比例系统进行控制,对比两种控制方法的静态性能和动态性能,结果表明,发现模糊自适应PID具有较好的控制效果。 Loader is one of the most important construction machinery in construction projects.In order to improve the automation of loader working device,it is necessary to simulate and analyze the working device of loader.According to the mechanism characteristics of the loader working device,the electro-hydraulic proportional system is used to drive the loader working device,and the electro-hydraulic proportional control system of the loader working device is modeled.The common PID and fuzzy adaptive PID are used for the electro-hydraulic.The static and dynamic performances of the two control methods are compared.The results show that the fuzzy adaptive PID has better control effect.
