补中益气汤治疗110例肾虚型腰椎间盘突出症的疗效观察

Therapeutic Effect of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction on 110 Cases of Lumbar Disc Herniation with Kidney Deficiency

目的:观察补中益气汤治疗肾虚型腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效。方法:将防城市第一人民医院2017年1月至2019年1月收治的220例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各110例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合补中益气汤口服治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。疗程均为1个月,随诊6个月,观察患者临床疗效、复发率及不良反应。结果:疗程结束后,两组疗效比较,观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗过程中两组均未发现不良反应。结论:腰椎间盘突出症在常规西医治疗基础上联合口服补中益气汤,疗效显著。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation with kidney deficiency.Methods:A total of 220 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to Fangcheng First People’s Hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,110 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine.The observation group was treated with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction on the basis of the control group,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.The course of treatment was 1 month,followed up for 6 months,and the clinical efficacy,recurrence rate and adverse reactions were observed.Results:After the end of the treatment,the efficacy of the two groups was compared.The observation group was superior to the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).No adverse reactions were found in either group during the treatment.Conclusion:Lumbar disc herniation combined with oral Buzhong Yiqi Decoction on the basis of conventional Western medicine treatment has significant curative effect.
