灵龟八法治疗中风后痉挛性偏瘫的疗效观察

Therapeutic Effect of Miraculous Turtle Eight Meridians Method on Treatment of Spastic Hemiplegia after Stroke

目的:研究灵龟八法治疗中风后痉挛性偏瘫的临床效果。方法:将符合纳入及诊断标准的90例患者作为试验研究对象,并按随机数字表分成治疗组与对照组,对照组辩证后常规针刺,治疗组在常规针刺之前运用灵龟八法开穴,以Fugl-Meyer评定量表和Ashworth痉挛量表为参考标准,对比治疗前后两组的量表数值及总有效率。结果:治疗组疗效的总有效率为93.33%,明显优于对照组(77.78%),组间对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前后Fugl-Meyer量表的数值结果分析显示治疗组疗效显著优于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:灵龟八法对中风后痉挛性偏瘫的治疗具有显著疗效,且优于常规针刺,并可改善患者痉挛状态,缓解肌张力。

Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of Miraculous Turtle Eight Meridians Method on treatment of spastic hemiplegia after stroke.Methods:90 patients with stroke who met the inclusion and diagnostic criteria were enrolled in this study.They were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the random number table.The control group received routine acupuncture treatment after syndrome differentiation.The treatment group received routine acupuncture treatment after opening points based onMiraculous Turtle EightMeridiansMethod.The Fugl-Meyer rating scale and the Ashworth spasticity scale were used as reference standards to compare the scale values and total effective rates of the treatment and the control groups before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate was 93.33%in the treatment group,which was significantly better than that of in the control group(77.78%).The difference between treatment and control groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,numerical results of the Fugl-Meyer scale demonstrated that the therapeutic effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:TheMiraculous Turtle Eight MeridiansMethod displays a significant effect on the treatment of spastic hemiplegia after stroke which is superior to routine acupuncture treatment,as well as improving the spasticity and reducing muscular tension in patients with stroke.
