基于数据挖掘分析国医大师治疗黄疸的用药规律

摘要 目的:采用关联规则挖掘技术充分挖掘分析国医大师治疗黄疸的用药规律方法,以期为临床治疗黄疸及临床新药物的研发提供一定的基础性依据。方法:筛选相关书籍中治疗黄疸的医案,以编号、药名、四气五味、归经、功用为格式录入Excel2010建立医案数据库并进行描述性统计分析,应用SPSS18.0进行关联规则、系统聚类分析统计的结果。结果:纳入医案共63例,涉及164味中药,其中高频中药约34味,确定了国医大师治疗黄疸用药的四气五味、归经,高频药对及药物聚类。结论:国医大师治疗黄疸时以清热药、利水渗湿药、补益药、理气药与活血化瘀药为主,在祛湿、利小便的基础上配合清热解毒、利水渗湿、健脾疏肝行气与活血化瘀等治法,效果较好。 Objective:In this paper,an association rule mining technology is used to analyze the rule of medication of Chinese medicine masters in the treatment of jaundice,in order to provide some basic basis for clinical treatment of jaundice and research and development of new clinical drugs.Methods:The medical records of jaundice treatment in relevant books are screened.According to the format of number,drug name,four scents and five flavors,meridian tropism and function,the medical records database is set up in Excel 2010 and the descriptive statistical analysis is made.At the same time,the results of association rules and systematic cluster analysis are carried out by SPSS18.0.Result:A total of 63 medical cases are included,involving 164 Chinese herbal medicines,of which high-frequency Chinese medicines were about 34 flavors.It’s determined that Chinese medicine masters treat the four medicines of jaundice,the classics,the high-frequency medicines and the drug clustering.Conclusion:Chinese medicine masters treat jaundice with heat-clearing drugs,water-sparing osmotic drugs,tonic pills,qi drugs and blood-activating phlegm-removing drugs.On the basis of dispelling dampness and facilitating urination,combined with heat-clearing and detoxification,diuresis,invigorating spleen,soothing liver,promoting qi and activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis can achieve better curative effect.
