摘要
基于胜任力构建初级销售人员能力素质模型,服务于高职营销人才培养。模型构建方法是借鉴已有成熟模型,根据本研究的目标初步构建指标体系,再通过对企业招聘人员的定量调查,运用因子分析方法对指标体系进行降维处理和赋予权重,最终完成能力素质模型构建。
Based on competency,the competency quality model of junior salesmen is constructed to serve the training of marketing talents in higher vocational colleges.The method of model construction is to use the existing mature models for reference,construct the index system according to the objectives of this study,and then conduct the quantitative survey of enterprise recruiters,use factor analysis method to reduce the dimension of the index system and give weight,finally complete the construction of the competency quality model.
