5%5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法对痤疮患者皮损症状及IL-1β、IL-6和CRP水平的影响

Effects of photodynamic therapy with 5-aminolevulinic acid on skin lesion,IL-1β,IL-6 and CRP levels in patients with acne

目的研究5%5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法对痤疮患者皮损症状及白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)水平的影响。方法94例痤疮患者以随机抽签法均分成研究组和对照组,每组47例。对照组予以单纯红光照射治疗,研究组则予以5%5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法治疗。比较2组在临床疗效,治疗前后皮损症状改善情况,血清IL-1β、IL-6、CRP水平,及不良反应。结果研究组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后2组皮损积分均较治疗前明显更低,且研究组又低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组血清IL-1β、IL-6、CRP水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组在疼痛、水肿及瘢痕发生率方面比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 5%5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法治疗痤疮的临床疗效显著,有利于改善患者的皮损症状,同时可明显降低患者血清IL-1β、IL-6、CRP水平,且不会增加不良反应发生风险,具有较好的安全性,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effects of photodynamic therapy with 5-aminolevulinic acid on skin lesions,interleukin-1β(IL-1β),interleukin-6(IL-6),and C-reactive protein(CRP) levels in patients with acne.Methods A total of 94 patients with acne who were treated in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2018 were randomly divided into research group and control group,with 27 patients in each group. The patients in control group were treated by simple red light irradiation,however,the patients in research group were treated by 5% 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy.The clinical efficacy,the improvement status of skin lesions before and after treatment,the changes of serum levels of IL-1β,IL-6 and CRP as well as the incidence of adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in research group was 93.62%,which was significantly higher than that(74.47%) in control group(P<0.05).After treatment the skin lesion scores were obviously decreased in both groups,moreover,which in research group were significantly higher lower than those in control group(P<0.05). After treatment,the serum levels of IL-1β,IL-6 and CRP in research group were significantly higher lower than those in control group(P<0.05). However there were no significant differences in the incidence rates of pain,edema and scar between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The 5% 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy has obvious therapeutic effects on acne,which can improve the skin lesions of patients,and can significantly reduce the serum levels of IL-1β,IL-6 and CRP, without increasing the risk of adverse reactions,with safety,therefor, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
