摘要
粤港澳大湾区建设亟需汇集高端要素来打造“广州-深圳-香港-澳门”科技创新走廊,将其作为撑起大湾区科技创新的“脊梁”,以便积极吸引和对接全球创新资源。通过与世界三大湾区的科技创新走廊比较,发现“广州-深圳-香港-澳门”科技创新走廊发展中高端要素汇集与协同面临的优劣势,并在此基础上提出了提高高校的质量、扩大高校的规模、推进高校及科研机构与企业的协作、发挥香港和深圳的金融优势、建设初期加大财政支持的对策建议。
The construction of Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao Dawan District urgently needs to bring to.gether high-end elements to build the"Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong-Macao"science and technology innova.tion corridor as the"backbone"to support science and technology innovation in Dawan District,so as to actively at.tract and connect global innovation resources.By comparing with the science and technology innovation corridors in the three major bays of the world,this paper finds out the advantages and disadvantages of high-end elements con.vergence and collaboration in the development of"Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong-Macao"science and technolo.gy innovation corridor,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on improving the quality of universi.ties,expanding the scale of universities,promoting the collaboration between universities and scientific research in.stitutions and enterprises,giving full play to the financial advantages of Hong Kong and Shenzhen,and increasing fi.nancial support in the early stage of construction.
