城乡均衡发展视阈下宁夏乡村振兴的现状及实现路径

The Present Situation and Realization Path of Rural Revitalization in Ningxia under the Perspective of Balanced Development of Urban and Rural Areas

我国城乡两大经济社会地域单元在发展过程中存在巨大差距,致使大量农村青壮年劳动力单向流入城市,乡村经济发展面临严重的空心化、老龄化、边缘化问题,成为全面建成小康社会的短板。本文以宁夏22个区(县)为样本,通过调研和查阅经济年鉴获取抽样数据,运用SPSS.22量化分析宁夏城乡均衡发展的现状,深入剖析制约推进乡村振兴战略的因素,为深化城乡统筹发展,实现乡村振兴提供参考路径。

In the development process of China's urban and rural economic and social regions,due to the gaps in salary,welfare,available resources and comprehensive environment,a large number of rural young and middleaged laborers flow into the city in one direction,and the rural economic development faces serious“hollowing,ag.ing,marginalization”.The problem of aging and marginalization has become the"short board"of building a welloff society in an all-round way.On the basis of practice,22 districts(counties)in Ningxia were used as samples to obtain sampling data through investigation and review of economic yearbooks.SPSS.22 was used to quantitatively analyze the current situation of Ningxia's revitalization of rural economy and the promotion of balanced urban and ru.ral development.It deeply analyzes the universal factors that restrict the promotion of rural revitalization strategy,and puts forward suggestions and path references.
