摘要
针对湿法磷酸装置生产的磷酸中SO2-4含量高、P2O5含量低,进而造成复合肥生产中原料消耗高的问题,开展了在湿法磷酸中添加磷矿粉和硫酸的试验研究。试验结果表明:向湿法磷酸中加入适量磷矿粉和浓硫酸,通过一步反应可以降低SO2-4含量、提高P2O5含量,其中w(SO2-4)可以降至1%以下,w(P2O5)可以提高至27%以上,脱硫和提浓均达到预期效果。
In view of the high content of SO 2- 4 and low content of P 2 O 5 in phosphoric acid produced by wet- process phosphoric acid unit, leading to the high raw material consumption in the production of compound fertilizer, an experimental study was carried out to add ground phosphate rock and sulfuric acid in wet- process phosphoric acid. The results showed that adding appropriate amount of ground phosphate rock and sulfuric acid in wet- process phosphoric acid could reduce the content of SO 2- 4 and increase the content of P 2 O 5 by one- step reaction, where the mass fraction of SO 2- 4could be reduced to less than 1% and P 2O 5 could be increased to more than 27%. Desulfurization and concentration have achieved the desired results.
