摘要
针对甲醇装置三塔精馏系统热量利用不合理和原有的PID控制系统无法满足控制要求的问题,通过增设1台换热器和改造DCS控制系统,使系统能量得到合理利用并使系统控制更加平稳。改造后,吨甲醇蒸汽耗量减少0.10t,精甲醇中乙醇质量分数由150×10^-6降至108×10^-6,达到了甲醇精馏系统提质降耗的目的。
Aiming at the problem that heat utilization of the three-tower distillation system in methanol unit is unreasonable and the original PID control system cannot meet the control requirements, the system energy is rationally utilized and the system control is more stable by adding a heat exchanger and reforming DCS control system. After the modification, the steam consumption per ton of methanol was reduced by 0.10 t, and the ethanol mass fraction in refined methanol was reduced from 150×10 ^-6 to 108×10 ^-6 , achieving the purpose of improving quality and reducing consumption of the methanol distillation system.
