摘要
本文运用Grasshopper参数化建模功能和KUKA prc机械臂驱动功能,搭建了基于可视化编程的机械臂木构件加工研究平台.通过可视化编程优化了机械臂在建筑领域应用中的机械知识与建筑学知识兼容问题,通过建模与操作探索了平台运作的开放互动,实现了从设计理念到实物制作的闭环;验证了基于可视化编程的机械臂木构件加工平台的现实可行性;拓展了营造建造构造的研究体系,形成了一套机械臂木构件加工的做法要点,为模拟真实再现的研究方法提供了新的技术平台.从数字建造层面对传统木构架营造体系保护研究和新型木材木结构建造体系探索研究具有一定的推动意义.
This paper used the parametric modeling function of grasshopper and the mechanical arm drive function of KUKA prc to build a research platform for mechanical arm wood parts processing based on visual programming. The paper optimized the compatibility between mechanical knowledge and architectural knowledge in the application of mechanical arm in the field of construction through visual programming,explored the open interaction of platform operation through modeling and operating,and realized the closed loop from the design concept to the physical production. This paper verified the feasibility for realizing the mechanical arm wood parts processing platform based on visual programming,expanded the research system of building and construction,and formed a set of key practical points of mechanical arm wood parts processing so as to provide a new technology platform for the research method of simulating real reproduction. The significance of this study is that it will be beneficial for the protection of construction system of the traditional wood structure and further exploration and research on digital construction system of new type of wood structure.
