空分设备上塔氮气纯度不合格原因分析及处理

针对某公司2#75000Nm^3/h空分上塔氮气纯度不合格的问题进行了系统分析,并采取了调整空分运行参数、短时间系统停车、对上塔进行冲压、反吹等措施,但问题仍未解决。最后结合空分系统检修,清理上塔液氮分布器及其上部过滤网后,问题得到解决。

This paper systematically analyzes a company 2# 75 000 Nm 3/h air separation tower nitrogen purity is qualified,and take the adjustment of air separation operation parameters,short time parking,the upper tower punching,anti-blowing and other measures,but the problems have not been solved. Finally,the air separation system maintenance,cleaning on the tower and the upper filter liquid nitrogen distributor after the problems are solved.
