在线监测无水氟化氢中水含量方法的研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了解决在线监测无水氟化氢中水含量问题,以国家标准GB7746-2011《工业无水氟化氢》中的水含量检测方法为基础,对分析检测设备进行了创新性改进,将检测设备与供料管路并联,对分析方法进行了优化,最终实现了对无水氟化氢中的水含量在线监测。经试验验证,该方法的检测精度高,操作简单、安全。 In order to solve the problem of on-line monitoring the water content in anhydrous hydrogen fluoride,this paper is based on the water content detection method in the national standard anhydrous hydrogen fluoride,innovative improvements were made to the analytical testing equipment,and parallel the testing equipment with the feeding pipeline,optimized the analysis method,and realized the online monitoring of water content in anhydrous hydrogen fluoride. The test results show that the method is accurate,simple and safe.
