摘要
建立了某种板型板式热交换器的板片及其流道模型,利用计算流体力学软件对流道内流体的流动及传热进行数值模拟,得到高粘度流体的传热系数及压降,分析了压力场,温度场,速度场的变化规律进而回归粘性流体的传热准则方程。将模拟所得结果与试验所得结果进行比较,结果表明:模拟和试验结果偏差在20%内,说明对于油水热交换器,采用数值模拟是可行的。
In this paper, the plate and its flow channel model of a plate-type plate heat exchanger are established. The computational fluid dynamics software is used to simulate the flow and heat transfer of the fluid in the flow channel, and the heat transfer coefficient and pressure drop of the high viscosity fluid are obtained. The variation law of pressure field, temperature field and velocity field is then returned to the heat transfer criterion equation of viscous fluid. Comparing the simulated results with the experimental results, it shows that the deviation between the simulation and the test results is within 20%, indicating that it is feasible to use numerical simulation for the oil-water heat exchanger.
