摘要
重点阐述了电主轴热性能的计算必要性及其计算过程,通过对某电主轴热性能的计算和有限元仿真,得出了该电主轴的热载荷、温度场分布图,达到了对该电主轴进行热校核计算的目的,对于电主轴的热性能计算和热性能仿真分析具有一定的指导意义。
In this paper, the necessity of calculating the thermal performance of the motorized spindle is mainly expounded, as well as the calculating process. By calculating and simulating the thermal performance of the motorized spindle, the distribution curve of thermal load and temperature field of the motorized spindle is obtained, which achieves the purpose of thermal checking calculation of the motorized spindle. This paper has certain guiding significance for the thermal performance calculation and thermal performance simulation analysis of the motorized spindle.
