换挡离合器摩擦片温升变化有限元分析

摘要 接合过程中摩擦片滑动摩擦发热是换挡离合器摩擦片失效的主要原因。建立了摩擦片的二维传热模型,分析换挡离合器接合过程中热传导二维温度场及各种边界条件,应用Ansys有限元软件对换挡离合器二维温度场进行了计算机模拟,在此基础上对结果进行了讨论和分析,为换挡离合器设计,研究进行理论准备。 The sliding friction heating of friction plate during the joining process is the main reason for the failure of the shifting clutch friction plate. In this paper, the two-dimensional heat transfer model of the friction plate is established, and the various boundary conditions of the two-dimensional temperature field of heat conduction during the engagement of the shifting clutch are analyzed. The Ansys finite element software is used to simulate the two-dimensional temperature field of the shifting clutch. On this basis, the results are then discussed and analyzed, and the theoretical design is prepared for design and research of the shift clutch.
