提拉杆式酿酒甑锅底锅阀的设计与应用

摘要 白酒传统酿造蒸馏过程中多采用间歇式甑锅,在排出底锅内废水时需使用底锅阀帮助其打开底锅排水管道,传统底锅阀因需要手动旋转操作而存在工人被烫伤的隐患。针对上述问题,分析与探讨了一种提拉杆式酿酒甑锅底锅阀,该装置包括第一法兰、第二法兰、第三法兰、阀芯以及辅助工具两角叉等部分。该提拉杆式底锅阀的提拉设计,便于操作,提高工作效率;同时,利用杠杆原理工人可使用两角叉将底锅阀的拉杆拉起或推下,既节省人力,又消除被蒸汽烫伤的安全隐患,该底锅阀的整体结构简单,实用价值较高。 The intermittent pot is often used in the traditional process of liquor distillation;when discharging the waste-water from the pot, the pot valve is used to help it open the pot drainage pipe. Because of the need for manual rotation of the traditional pot valve, there is a hidden danger that workers would be scalded. Aiming at the problems, a pull bar type of pot valve is analyzed and discussed in this paper, which includes the first flange, the second flange, the third flange, the valve core and the auxiliary tool two-corner fork, etc. The drawing design of the pull type bottom boiler valve is easy to operate and improve the working efficiency;At the same time, using the lever principle, workers can use a two-angle fork to pull up or push down the pull rod of the pot valve, which can not only save the manpower, but also eliminate the safety danger of steam scald. The overall structure of the pot valve is simple, and its practical value is high.
