摘要
针对某车型动力电池底护板的设计,提出一种基于形貌优化设计的方法,通过AltairOptiStruct软件中的形貌优化功能在概念结构上进行迭代计算,得出一个使底护板模态值最大化的结构设计方案,与传统的设计方法比,该方法设计的底护板模态有显著提高,而且该方法更快捷、更高效。
Aiming at the design of power battery bottom protective board of a certain type of vehicle, a new method based on morphology optimization design is introduced in this paper. The iterative calculation on conceptual structure is conducted through the morphology optimization function of AltairOptiStruct software, and a structural design scheme is obtained to maximize the mode value of the bottom protection plate. Compared with the conventional design method, it is shown that the modal of the bottom plate based on the shape optimization design method is significantly improved;and this method is faster and more efficient than that the conventional design method.
