摘要 为了解决现有城市老旧小区自行车停放难、停放乱、占地面积大等一系列的问题,设计了一种由固定基桩、收放机构和传动机构等组成的简易的纯机械立式单车停车装置,通过绳索-滑轮-配重的结构形式实现单车的竖立停放,利用锁止机构和撞针触发机构实现收放机构的锁止与释放。理论分析确定了撞针杆接触角和伸缩杆安装角度范围,并通过运动仿真和实验相结合的方式确定了配重块质量的大小,研究和实验结果验证了立式停车装置用于存取单车的可行性。 In order to solve the existing problems of bicycle parking difficulties, such as disorder parking and space wasting in the old urban residential district of the city, a new simple mechanical vertical bicycle parking device is designed in this article, which consists of the fixed foundation pile, retracting mechanism and transmission mechanism. Through this device, the vertical bicycle parking could be realized by using the rope-pulley-counterweight structure;while locking and releasing of the retracting mechanism could be realized by using the locking mechanism and the striker trigger mechanism. The contact angle of the striker bar and the installation angle range of the telescopic rod are determined by the theoretical analysis, and the mass of the counterweight is determined by the motion simulation and experiments. Finally, the feasibility of using the vertical parking device for accessing bicycles is verified by the research and experimental results.
