摘要
对急冷氢混合器焊缝出现的裂纹原因进行了分析,重点介绍了焊缝的检查检测方法,产生原因及修复检验方案;并对此类设备焊接及工艺管道如何避免焊接热裂纹提出建议。
In this paper, the causes of cracks in the weld of quenching hydrogen mixer are analyzed, and the weld inspection detection methods, causes and repair inspection schemes are introduced. In addition, some suggestions on how to avoid the welding hot cracks in the welding and process pipes of this kind of equipment are proposed.
