基于可拓-矢量耦合的异步电机节能控制系统

摘要 从电机矢量控制出发,通过阐述可拓控制原理,然后将可拓控制引入到电机矢量控制中,进行了矢量控制模式下坐标最优转化以及最小耗能的计算,基于此,进行可拓控制优化,建立经典域、非域以及可拓域,形成了基于可拓-矢量耦合的异步电机节能控制系统,得到了3个控制系统特征量测度模式,该控制系统可使电机节能摆脱转矩影响,电机节能效果更为明显,具有重要的研究意义。 In this article, starting from the motor vector control, through expounding the principle of extension control, the extension control is introduced into the motor vector control;then the optimal transformation of coordinates and calculation of the minimum energy consumption in vector control mode are carried out. Based on this, the extension control is optimized, and the classical domain, non-domain and the extension domain are established to form an energy-saving control system of asynchronous motor based on extension-vector coupling, thus three characteristics measurement modes of the control system are obtained. The result shows that the control system can make the motor energy saving get rid of the torque influence, and the effect of motor energy saving is more obvious, which is of great significance in research.
