摘要
通过对双曲肘合模机构详细的理论分析,提取出该机构设计过程中所涉及的主要变量和目标优化函数,基于Matlab软件的GUI技术开发了图形化的优化设计程序,有效提高了合模机构参数优化的效率。
Based on the detailed theoretical analysis of the double toggle clamping mechanism, the main variables and objective optimization functions involved in the design process of the mechanism are extracted in this paper. A graphical optimization design program is developed based on the GUI technology of MATLAB software, which effectively improves the efficiency of parameter optimization of the clamping mechanism.
