摘要 数控机床的精度是机床的一项重要指标。使用激光干涉仪对大连机床CKA6150进行Z轴的定位和重复定位,设计了线性精度检测与误差补偿方法。误差补偿前后的检测数据进行了详细的分析对比,使数控车床Z轴精度大大提高,达到机床出厂值的标准。 The accuracy is an important index of the CNC machine tools. In this article, the laser interferometer is used to locate Z axis and repeat position of the CKA6150 machine produced by Dalian CNC Group, and a method of linear accuracy detection and error compensation is designed. The test data before and after error compensation are analyzed and compared in detail. The result shows that the method could greatly improve the precision of Z axis of NC lathe to meet the factory value standard of machine tool.
