摘要
提升机作为煤矿运输的主要设备,其控制系统的安全与可靠性直接关系矿井安全生产。马兰矿为提高矿井提升的自动化程度,基于PLC控制原理设计了一套智能型提升机电控系统,该系统以PLC控制器作为核心控制单元,研究并设计了提升机电控系统,并对系统的控制程序及各硬件功能及其连接方式进行了详细介绍。研究设计的提升系统对提供工效,保证矿井安全生产意义重大。
As the main equipment for coal mine transportation, the safety and reliability of the control system are directly related to mine safety production. In order to improve the automation degree of mine, an intelligent lifting electric control system is designed in Malan Mine based on the PLC control principle;the system uses PLC controller as the core control unit to research and design the electric control system and improve the system. Then the control program and various hardware functions and their connection methods are described in detail. The research and design of the lifting system is of great significance in providing ergonomics and ensuring mine safety production.
