采煤机电缆拖移架结构改进探析 被引量:4

摘要 为解决因采煤机电缆拖移架发生变形,而造成电缆及水管出现磨损,甚至折断进而影响采煤机正常生产的问题,对采煤机电缆拖移架进行了改进,具体介绍了改进前采煤机电缆拖移架的结构及存在的问题,提出了增强及完善采煤机电缆拖移架主框架的措施,特别是对采煤机电缆拖移架的强度及性能进行了优化改进,并总结了改进后的主要创新点,实际应用结果表明,改进后的采煤机电缆拖移架,强度更强,结构也更合理,解决了因电缆拖移架发生变形,而引发的水管不能出水以及电缆不能经喇叭嘴进入采煤机电控箱接线腔的问题,通过此次改进有助于更好的保障采煤机的安全高效运行。 In order to solve the problem that cable and water pipe of the shearer are worn out and even broken, which would affect the normal production of the coal mining machine due to the deformation of cable dragging frame of the coal mining machine, the cable drive tractor of the shearer is improved in this paper. In order to improve the structure and existing problems of the former shearer cable trailer frame, measures to strengthen and improve the main frame of shearer cable tow frame are proposed;especially the strength and performance of shearer cable tow frame are optimized and improved, and the main innovation points after improvement are summarized. The practical application results show that the improved shearer cable drag frame has stronger strength and more reasonable structure, which solves the problems caused by deformation of the cable drag frame and the inability of water pipe can not discharge water and the cable can not enter the wiring cavity of the coal-fired electrical control box through the bell mouth. This improvement helps to ensure safe and efficient operation of the shearer.
